For StarChefs.com’s seventh annual International Chefs Congress, themed Origins and Frontiers, I translated the evolution of culinary craft into a cohesive print experience. This included a 300+ page symposium guide designed as a modern heirloom cookbook and an eight-page promotional booklet spotlighting major events. Reaching thousands of industry professionals, the concept extended into a VIP package featuring custom vintage-inspired seed packets (with heirloom varieties from chef Sean Brock), invitations, and event tickets that were sealed sous-vide style to reinforce the theme and create a memorable unboxing moment.
