Concepts for a 300+ page book based on StarChefs.com major annual event, International Chefs Congress. For its sixth year, the 2011 theme was The Sixth Sense: Intuition, Emotion, and Experiential Evolution in Dining, focusing how the sixth sense can evoke emotional responses from the diner in every facet of hospitality.
