Design of a savings program kit for a new device by Bayer. The kit included a faux savings card, instructions, and reimbursement form in a pocket. I wanted to create an all-in-one design for convenience, with the information made comprehensible to patients. For this, I utilized snake diagrams and simplified directions to explain the various scenarios on the kit.

A condensed, digital version of this kit was created to make available via the healthcare provider site to provide to eligible patients.
