I was charged with creating an informational brochure for reps and pharmacists, in an infographic/flow chart style. The end result details scenarios and possible setbacks that the audience would encounter during the verification process. The callout for refills needed to be prioritized over the rest of the information, which added a layer of complexity into delivering all of the required information.
