Designed an internal takeaway for an Operations and Program Management conference, translating complex workflows into something people would actually want to read.

Using a pared-down set of materials (brochure, notepad, and pencil), I reframed program lifecycles and day-to-day operations into a clear, digestible system. The concept leaned into the idea that good process doesn’t need to be complicated, turning dense operational content into an experience that was quick to grasp and easy to use.
