StarChefs holds four Rising Stars events each year, which help celebrate up-and-coming chefs and culinary professionals. These events seek to reward and promote the chefs for their culinary philosophies, commitment to the culinary community, creativity, ambition, and presentation.

At the start of 2013, program booklets for the Rising Stars event blossomed into a full magazine that included articles, pictures, and recipes. This move gave the once austere booklet more room for creativity and allowed for a more fun and open design.
